Shipping to other countries is available upon request.

Unfortunately, we had to remove PayPal from our shop, as PayPal does not allow the sale of Black Salve through their payment platform. Like many other shops, we have decided to discontinue working with this company altogether.
Many of our customers use the Real-time transferwhich works just as fast as PayPal and your order can be placed immediately - usually on the same day - packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

You will receive our bank details immediately after placing your order. We provide a Belgian IBAN number, so if you are transferring from an EU country, there is no need for a special international transfer. Simply enter the IBAN, the recipient's name, the amount, and, of course, your order number as the payment reference – nothing more is required.

Trust on the Internet is always a sensitive issue. Our company is based in the Ukraine and this makes some potential customers suspicious. But feel free to ask about other people's experiences with our store on social media or google it. In any case, we promise you that we will make every effort to eliminate any cause for concern. You have the usual 14-day right of return on unopened products, with no ifs or buts. We dispatch our orders at lightning speed after receipt of payment. As a rule, you will receive your tracking number on the day we receive your payment. We are available by e-mail for all questions.

Yes, the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package has been labeled for shipment.

You will receive your consignment number as soon as we have franked the parcel. This means before the parcel is handed in to the post office. Accordingly, you will initially only see the information that the consignment data has been handed over to the post office. As soon as we have scanned the parcel at the post office, you will also see the correct consignment data. Sometimes they do not scan it immediately at the post office or DHL and an update will only be visible later.

According to Ukrainian law, all cosmetic products are labeled with the manufacturing date rather than the expiration date. Most cosmetics are best for 2 years from the stamped manufacturing date. For all Ukrainian products, you need to calculate the expiration date by adding 2 years to the manufacturing date.

The Black Salve has a shelf life of at least 2 years. If it dries out after that, it can be restored to its original consistency with DMSO or aloe gel.

We currently have two versions of the Black Ointment. One with zinc chloride (original recipe, green label) and one without zinc chloride (purple label). The black ointments with the same ecet color are all the same. Only the product description differs slightly for the different pack sizes so that we can cover different search terms. Some people look for black salve, some for Indian black salve and some for bloodroot salve. Adrian Jones Black Salve has many names and we want you to find our salve among all of them.

You can dilute the ointment with DMSO, aloe vera gel or distilled water to make it smoother.
