Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders in our online store.

The presentation of our products in the product descriptions does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding product catalog. All details are without guarantee and are to be regarded as guidelines only.
You can view all products and place them in the virtual shopping cart without obligation. You can revise the contents of the shopping cart as often as you like and correct your order before you send the order with the "Buy" button. By confirming the "Buy" button, you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail informing you that your order has been received. The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer.
The time of conclusion of the contract depends on the selected payment method. The contract is concluded at the time our bank details are provided.
If no advance payment is received within 14 days of placing the order, we as the seller withdraw from the contract and are no longer obliged to deliver. The contract is then canceled for both buyer and seller.
Terms of delivery
Shipping costs will be added to the indicated product prices. Please inform yourself about the current shipping costs to your country on the following info page: [Shipping costs].
If no shipping restriction is specified for the respective item, we ship to the following countries: Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania.
We are a pure mail order business, unfortunately it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
Unless otherwise agreed, dispatch usually takes place within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment.
If acceptance of a shipment is refused or a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect information of your address or for other reasons, this shall not affect the contract. The buyer must pay for any additional costs incurred due to multiple shipments.

Prepayment
If you choose prepayment as your payment method, we will send you our bank details in an e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Retention of title
The ordered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 2 weeks without giving reasons and to return the ordered goods to us. Excluded from this are products that have already been opened or products with damaged original packaging.
The withdrawal period must be observed by sending the goods in good time. The shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the buyer.
The revocation can be made by e-mail or via our revocation form (to the form).
Other
Prices are subject to change and errors excepted.
Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract.
